  • We typically operate on a Saturday to Saturday schedule. If you require different dates, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

    • Arrival: From 4:00 PM

    • Departure: By 10:30 AM These timings are essential to ensure our team has enough time to prepare the property for the next guests.

  • All rates are inclusive of water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. We also provide bed linen and house towels (please note that swimming towels are not provided).

  • To confirm your booking, we require a 50% down payment. The remaining balance must be settled at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

  • Yes, a deposit of €350 is required. This is fully refundable after your departure, provided the property is inspected and there are no breakages. Please note that cleaning and laundry costs are deducted from this deposit.

  • The cleaning fee is €100, plus €10 per person for laundry (linen and towels). These costs are deducted from your security deposit.

  • Yes. To ensure the house is set up correctly, please let us know in advance how many people are staying and which beds will be required.

  • We have a mezzanine level with an additional bed (please note this is difficult to access), as well as a fold-up bed and a travel cot in storage. We need advance notice to prepare these items and provide the necessary linen.

  • To help our local cleaning team during the tight changeover window, we kindly ask that you:

    • Strip used beds and place dirty laundry in the blue Ikea bags provided (located under the oven).

    • Empty all bins and remove all perishable food from the fridge.

    • Empty the dishwasher (including the filter).

    Finding reliable help in the village can be a challenge, so your assistance in ensuring a smooth changeover is greatly appreciated!
