5 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms

  • 1 King bed with small, enclosed terrace & en-suite bathroom (top floor). This bedroom has a small mezzanine area above & behind the bed. It was created to make use of the void above stairs & is reached by very narrow steps (not easy) or by climbing from bed. It has great views of the lake & is an area for sitting/chilling/reading and not a play area for children. 

  • 2 double bedrooms - on first floor 

  • 2 small single beds - end room on first floor. These can also be made into a double if required. This bedroom has a small double bed on a mezzanine (only available on request – low ceiling, access up a steep ladder & not easy – not suitable for very young children or elderly) 

  • 1 double bedroom - this bedroom leads off a small living room - up a few steps from the first-floor hallway. Please note this room does not have a window – it has a light tube/puits de lumiere instead. 

  • Bedside tables, lamps & fans in each bedroom 

  • Wardrobes in three bedrooms – other rooms have hanging area & shelves  

  • Also available on request (in storage) - a fold up z-bed & travel cot  

  • 3 bathrooms (this includes top floor en-suite - with shower, basin, towel rail & wc)
